In honor of their 100th anniversary, the Blackhawks make some limited edition additions to their home jerseys. They add metallic gold trim around the crest and back numbers, they add the anniversary patch to the player's right shoulder (replacing the alternate logo there) and add a tie-down collar. Also, even though they're not visible while worn during games, the six years they won the Stanley Cup are on the inside of the bottom of the jersey. Also, as part of their 100th anniversary celebration, the Blackhawks brought back their 1996-2009 black alternate uniforms for seven games. Again, these changes are only to the home jersey and are only for the 2025-26 season. |
